This raw sheep’s milk comes dairy sheep that have never been vaccinated or injected with anything their entire lives. The sheep have access to pasture during Spring, Summer and Fall months and are fed a high-quality diet of raw, organic grain and dry hay. We also offer the sheep organic grain while milking. This product is only available to members of the private association and is NOT for sale to the general public.
We milk the sheep by hand into stainless-steel buckets. After milking, it is strained and bottled into glass jars. The containers are cleaned in a light vinegar solution before we bottle the milk. All milking equipment is also cleaned without chemical detergents or bleach, instead using a light vinegar solution and hot water.
