This raw sour cream comes from Jersey-cross cows. The cows have never been vaccinated or injected with anything their entire lives. The cows have access to pasture all the time and are also fed a high-quality diet of raw, organic grain and dry hay. Everything they consume has never been heated, either artificially or through fermentation, above 100 degrees. This product is only available to members of the private association and is NOT for sale to the general public.
We use the natural cultures present in raw cream to allow it to sour naturally. Raw Sour Cream is a wonderful addition to meals, adding valuable raw fat alongside meat meals. We hope you enjoy this high quality raw product right from our farm to you!
