Description

This carrot juice is made from organic carrots. Prior to juicing the carrots soak in a light raw vinegar solution and then in fresh spring water. We juice using an all stainless steel Angel juicer to keep the product temperature low. We then strain larger pulp out using a stainless-steel wire mesh. There will still be some smaller carrot pulp in the juice. We juice on the day of your shipment to provide you with the freshest juice possible. If you choose to add honey, we add approximately 0.75 ounces of honey per pint and 1.5 ounces of honey per quart. This product comes in glass and is only available to members of the private association and is NOT for sale to the general public.
