Description

This raw cow’s cream comes from Jersey-cross cows. The cows have never been vaccinated or injected with anything their entire lives. The cows have access to pasture all the time and are also fed a high-quality diet of raw, organic grain and dry hay. Everything they consume has never been heated, either artificially or through fermentation, above 100 degrees. This product is only available to members of the private association and is NOT for sale to the general public.
We milk the cows by hand into stainless-steel buckets. After milking, it is strained and run through a stainless-steel cream separator. The jars are cleaned in a light vinegar solution before we bottle the cream. All milking equipment is also cleaned without chemical detergents or bleach, instead using a light vinegar solution and hot water.
