This Primal (raw) Barbecue Sauce is made using (mostly) the recipe provided in Aajonus’s book, The Recipe for Living Without Disease. We added Raw Honey, an ingredient we feel to be elemental in a good Raw BBQ Sauce. We use only raw organic ingredients: Roma tomato, sweet bell pepper, thyme, red onion, garlic, raw honey from our local beekeeper, Bariani olive oil, and raw and organic apple cider vinegar. It is a wonderful addition to meat meals, adding flavor and valuable fats to one of the staples of the Primal Diet.
