Description
This artisan sourdough bread is made with our very own sourdough starter at the farm. The flour is refined, organic and made using a roller mill. When making the bread, we do not use salt and allow the bread to leaven to help predigest the gluten. Since we only use yeast from the air (sourdough starter), the bread is denser than most. This product is only available to members of the private association and is NOT for sale to the general public.
