Description

This celery juice is made from organic celery. Prior to juicing the celery soaks in a light raw vinegar solution and then in fresh spring water. We juice using an all stainless steel Angel juicer to keep the product temperature low. We then strain larger pulp out using a stainless-steel wire mesh. There will still be some smaller celery pulp in the juice. We juice on the day of your shipment to provide you with the freshest juice possible. If you choose to add honey, we add approximately 1.5 ounces of honey per quart and 3.0 ounces of honey per half gallon. This product comes in glass and is only available to members of the private association and is NOT for sale to the general public.
